Recipes How to Make Balinese Satay

Mbe Sambal:

  • 20 g green chili
  • 15 g paste 1 lime

Method:
  1. Stir together coconut chicken meat and spices until smooth.
  2. With 2 pieces tablespoons quenelle or shape dough into a long round.
  3. Fry in hot oil until browned and cooked a lot.
  4. Remove and drain.

Sambel Mbe:
  1. Fry onion until floats and rather dry.
  2. Enter the other ingredients except orange.
  3. Stir briefly and remove from heat.
  4. I stole puree and lemon juice.
  5. Serve batter fried chicken with chilli Mbe.
