- 8 g turmeric
- 5 g paste
- 12 g sugar Jawas
- 10 g salt
Mbe Sambal:
- 300 g onion, thinly sliced
- 30 g cayenne red
- 20 g green chili
- 15 g paste 1 lime
Method:
- Stir together coconut chicken meat and spices until smooth.
- With 2 pieces tablespoons quenelle or shape dough into a long round.
- Fry in hot oil until browned and cooked a lot.
- Remove and drain.
Sambel Mbe:
- Fry onion until floats and rather dry.
- Enter the other ingredients except orange.
- Stir briefly and remove from heat.
