- 1 chicken

- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 cm turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 cm ginger
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 5 grains hazelnut roaster
- 50 grams of bean sprouts, cleaned, brewed boiling water, drained
- 50 grams of dried glass noodles, poured boiling hot water, drained, cut into pieces
- 2 eggs, boiled, cut into pieces
- 1 stalk celery, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic fries
- 1 tablespoon fried shallots
- Braised chicken with lemon grass, lime leaves, and salt until soft.
- Drain chicken, fried until brown and shredded-shredded.
- Saute the spices until fragrant, and add to the broth.
- Saute the onion finely and mix with shrimp briefly until fragrant, put in soup.
- Serve soup in a way: put the chicken, glass noodles, leaves, egg, into the bowl. Pour sauce. Give lime juice. Sprinkle with fried onions.

So helpful...I have made this many times before but I usually buy the pre-made spice
