Bali Jinggo Rice Recipe

This is the jinggo rice recipe or how to make rice Jinggo of Bali. Good luck. . .
ingredients:
  • White rice 
  • dried tempe
  • Chicken glutton 
  • serundeng 
  • sambal Sero
Sambal SERO ingredients:
  • 5 pcs curly red chili, cut into pieces 
  • 10 pcs red chili, cut into pieces  
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp sugar 
  • 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
jinggo riceHow to Make Jinggo Rice :
  • Stir fry chilli and shrimp paste until fragrant. Lift and puree. 
  • Heat the remaining oil, put chili and shrimp paste that is smooth, add salt and sugar and cook until done.
serundeng ingredients:
  • 1 coconut and a half old, peeled and coarsely grated 
  • Crushed 2 cm galangal 
  • 2 stalk lemongrass crushed 
  • 2 bay leaves 
  • 150 ml of water 
  • 2 ½ tbsp sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Subtle Seasonings:
1 tbsp coriander, 8 pcs onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 btr hazelnut, 1/2 tsp tamarind, 4 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 ½ tsp salt


How to Make:
Cook the coconut, spices, galangal, lemon grass, and bay leaves, stirring until blendedAdd water and sugar, and cook until lightly browned coconutEnter cooking oil, reduce the heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the flavors mingle.


Glutton Chicken (Chicken Sisit)

ingredients:
1 whole chicken, 3 tablespoons cooking oil, ½ tsp lemon juice, 2 pcs red chilli, seeded and thinly sliced

Spices:
6 pcs red chili, 3 pcs chili sauce, 6 pcs onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 cm turmeric, 4 btr hazelnut, 1 cm galangal, 4 cm kencur, 1 tsp shrimp paste, 1 stalk lemongrass, 1 pcs tomatoes, 1 tsp brown sugar, 2 tsp salt

How to make Jinggo Rice:
Bake the chicken until browned. Then shredded-shredded chicken, reserving the bones. Saute the spices until cooked, put shredded chicken, stirring until cooked and the flavors mingleAdd lemon juice and red pepper slices and stir well.
