How to make fried tofu vegetable :
  1. Saute chopped garlic with a little oil, put shredded carrots, sprouts, and cabbage. Stir well and give a little salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons water. Once wilted, remove from heat, set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour and rice flour, a little salt. Puree garlic and turmeric, then enter it in the flour mixture. Give water and stir until the flour becomes thick.
  3. Fill fried tofu that have been halved but did not break up with vegetables, then dipped in liquid starch. Fry in hot oil until yellowish color. Remove, and drain the oil.
