Yellow Rice (Nasi Kuning) Recipe

Yellow rice is a typical Indonesian food which is usually also used as offerings in the sacred events. Yellow rice has a different flavor to other rice because it consists of a mixture of rice and glutinous. However, it still makes sense delicious yellow rice. Ingredients To Make Yellow Rice :
  • 800 gr white rice 
  • 1200 ltr milk 
  • 200 gr glutinous rice 
  • 2 stalk of lemongrass 
  • 1 tbsp turmeric smooth 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 2 tablespoons salt 
  • 1 sheet of pandan leaves
  • 4 bay leaves 
How to Make :
